Refund policy

Apparel Products We accept returns on apparel items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at bifrosticnexus@zohomail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address upon approval.

Tech & Electronic Devices Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on tech and electronic items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item at no additional cost

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us to help us resolve your claim quickly.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Electronic devices and accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refund Processing Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
